Your workspace
Built around your team
One workspace to set things up. A focused mailbox to get things done.
Send and receive as you@yourbusiness.com. Read, reply, and compose from a browser, with no desktop setup.
Create individual or shared mailboxes, then choose who can use each one. Managing a domain does not automatically grant access to messages.
Create a named API Credential for SMTP or API sending. It uses the mailbox permissions you grant and can be revoked independently.
Browser-first, with client access when you need it. Read mail in BizMail or over IMAP, and send through BizMail, SMTP, or the API. POP is not supported.

Each Package includes Mailboxes, shared storage, and Domains. Add more any time; you only pay for what you use above what's included.

Privacy
Effective 13 September 2026
BizMail processes the account, organisation, domain, mailbox, billing, and message data needed to provide business email. We also process security records such as sign-in attempts, device sessions, and audit events to protect accounts and operate the service.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides a stable account identifier and your verified email address. BizMail uses them only to create, link, or authenticate your BizMail account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or other Google services, and we do not retain Google access or refresh tokens.
We use account and service data to authenticate you, deliver and secure BizMail, provide support, process billing, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Information is shared only with infrastructure and service providers needed to operate BizMail, or when required by law.
Stripe and Link process payment details and may act as the seller and merchant of record when Checkout identifies them that way. BizMail receives the identifiers, product, status, tax, refund, dispute, fee, and payout information needed to provide and reconcile the service. BizMail does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe and Link process payment information under their own notices and the terms shown in Checkout.
Linked Google identity information is retained while it remains part of your BizMail account. Short-lived sign-in attempts expire automatically. Where another usable sign-in factor remains, you can unlink Google from Mailbox Security. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of account information, subject to service, security, and legal retention requirements.
BizMail uses encrypted connections, short-lived authentication challenges, revocable device sessions, and access controls to protect account data. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to comfortchauke.io@gmail.com.
Terms
Effective 13 September 2026
The seller for each purchase is the entity identified in Checkout and on the receipt. When Stripe Managed Payments is enabled, Link or a Stripe affiliate is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, indirect-tax collection and remittance, transaction receipts, and transaction-level payment support. For a purchase that does not identify Link or Stripe as seller, CODE PSIE KYE LIMITED remains the seller and uses the tax treatment shown in Checkout.
BizMail remains responsible for delivering and supporting the BizMail service, including workspaces, Domains, mailboxes, account access, and technical issues. Contact comfortchauke.io@gmail.com for product support. A payment-provider support channel does not replace BizMail product support.
A subscription renews at the price and interval shown in Checkout until it is cancelled. Cancellation applies at the end of the current paid period unless Checkout, the billing portal, or applicable law says otherwise. Existing subscriptions keep their original seller and tax path unless the customer completes a separately presented replacement purchase; they are not silently migrated to Managed Payments.
Ask BizMail support to investigate service-delivery issues and refund requests. For a Managed Payments purchase, the merchant of record processes an approved refund and handles payment disputes under the Checkout terms. Domain Registration is submitted to a third-party registry and may become irreversible once registered. If BizMail cannot complete a charged Domain Registration, the recorded compensation workflow returns the recoverable payment rather than leaving the Domain partially provisioned. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
See the BizMail privacy notice for how account and billing records are used. The payment provider's terms and privacy notice are also shown during Checkout.
